This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms of Use") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Medici ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Lumiart — AI Photo & Video mobile application and related services (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Lumiart provides AI-powered photo and video editing and generation tools, including image enhancement, style effects, AI-generated visuals, and related creative features. AI video generation uses a credit system included with paid subscriptions. Some AI photo content is available to free users (via rewarded ads or a subscription), while certain premium content requires an active subscription to unlock. Features and availability differ between the free version and paid subscription tiers.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Lumiart offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following terms apply:
3.1 Subscription plans
Lumiart Premium ("Lumiart Pro") is offered in the following auto-renewable plans. Each plan grants access to premium features and a recurring allowance of AI credits used for AI video generation. Prices shown are in USD; the price displayed at the point of purchase in your local currency, as shown in the App and on the App Store, is the binding price.

3.2 Payment & renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
3.3 Free trial (Yearly plan)
The Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged $39.99 for the first year and the subscription will renew yearly thereafter. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
3.4 How to cancel
On iOS / iPadOS, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Lumiart, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly; please request refunds through Apple's "Report a Problem" page.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload or create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
- Generate content that violates the rights of any third party;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or Apple's guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end and you must stop using the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Medici is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
